Of course, the game will be getting the dance

Baby Shark has been everywhere since it hit the mainstream back in 2015, and it continues to be a sensation with 9.4 billion views on YouTube. It shouldn’t be a surprise that this partnership between PUBG Mobile and Baby Shark is taking place. There will be an event where you can get some neat items. For starters, Tencent would be remiss if it didn’t add in the dance. Players will be able to have their characters do the iconic Baby Shark dance to taunt their opponents, as players do.

PUBG Mobile players can earn some permanent items from Baby Shark

Dance moves aside, you will also be able to get some neat in-game items to show your ever-lasting love for the Baby Shark franchise. These items include a themed pan, parachute, graffiti, and an entire Baby Shark-themed outfit. The outfit is all yellow, and honestly looks like pajamas; this should instill fear in your opponents. If you want to get your hands on some of these goodies, you will need to play the game and enter events. There will be daily tasks that will earn these great prizes. The fun doesn’t stop there; there’s a secret prize that you can win. The company is holding a competition for people who use the dance. You will have to record yourself using the dance and share it on social media for a chance to win the prize. We’re not sure if the prize will be a bit of in-game goodness or a physical item; a physical item wouldn’t be off-brand for the company, to be honest. Right now, we don’t know what the prize is, but we expect the company to reveal it before the end of the event. Speaking of, this event is currently running, and it will end on November 20th. This means that you will have plenty of time to get your hands on Baby Shark merch.

This isn’t the only thing that PUBG Mobile is doing

Tencent is still hosting its “13 Days of Halloween.” This is a two-week-long livestream event where people can earn in-game currency and gift cards. Each day, a lucky audience member will be able to win a pair of AirPods or an iPad Mini. The grand prize will be an actual motorcycle with a sidecar. 13 Days of Halloween is going to have a grand finale where special guest, Mr. Disrespect, will be attending and playing rounds. He will be playing three rounds with custom teams named after his brand: Team Violence, Team Speed, and Team Momentum. After that, he’ll be playing a round with a team made from a member of each of those teams. If you want to attend the event, it’s going on now until October 29th.
