Iron Marines Invasion promises loads of content
There’s still plenty of details about the game that are unknown. But Ironhide Game Studios has given out a hefty chunk of information about some of the game’s content. There will be more than 25 campaign missions to go through which take place across “the most incredible worlds on tons of planets.” Once you complete the campaign, there’s still a ton more to do it looks like. For starters, you’ll be able to do additional missions called Special Operations. You can complete these to upgrade the abilities of your marines and make them and their skills more powerful. There will be 70 of these to do. Additionally, there will be achievements to hunt down if you like doing that sort of thing. As for the marines, there will be a total of 27 different troop types to unlock across 9 unit groups. Such as Ascendii, Frognauts, Commandos and more. Which sounds like plenty of variety when it comes to choosing troops for battles. There’s 9 different powerful heroes too. These will be your strongest troops and have the most devastating attacks. They will however likely cost more to deploy and probably have longer cooldown times. You can also unlock and equip 8 different weapons which give you boosted skills. This includes instant weapons like bouncers, toxic bombs, and drone factories. Plus, there’s more than 40 upgrades to make everything stronger.
