Raise To Answer app allows you to speed up the call answering process
This application basically allows you to answer an incoming call without pressing or swiping anything on the actual display, or touching the physical buttons. All you have to do is raise your device to your ear, that’s it. This application will detect when your phone is ringing, and when you place the device next to your ear. At that point, it will simply answer a phone call for you, speeding up the process. Do note that the app will beep 5 times, and then answer the call, though. This is implemented just to give you some time to change your mind, and to reject the incoming call. You can disable this, though. The developer emphasizes that this app doesn’t come with ads, and that it doesn’t replace your incoming call screen. On top of that, it’s not supposed to drain the battery in any way, nor does it require unnecessary permissions.
This is an open source app
On top of everything, this app is open source. The source code is available on GitHub. That is a plus, of course, as its code is available for security inspection. As you can see in the screenshots provided below, you can simply disable this app from its settings if you don’t want to use it. There are some additional options available, such as an option to decline the call by putting your phone down on its display. That’s basically everything you need to know. The app is really simple and really functional. You can check out the official screenshots below, while you can download the app from the link/button provided below.
