The Galaxy S21 cases were spotted on Samsung Hungary’s site by GalaxyVilaga (via SamMobile). But this isn’t the first leak to come directly from the company. Earlier this month, the Korean manufacturer inadvertently listed the Galaxy S21 FE on its Indonesian site before taking it down. Back to the newly revealed cases, the company will offer a Transparent case, a Transparent standing case, a silicone case, a Smart Clear View case, and a Thin Strap case. The Galaxy S21 FE Silicone case should be available in black, olive, white, red, and lavender. Meanwhile, the Smart Clear View case will have lavender, black, olive, and white color options. The Galaxy S21 FE Thin Strap case will be fully transparent, barring the strap, which is offered in lime green, navy blue, orange, and yellow.
Samsung will take the wraps off the Galaxy S21 FE on January 4, 2022
It’s likely that the Galaxy S21 FE will only be available in four colors – black, olive, lavender, and white. By contrast, the predecessor was available in six colors during release. The lack of enough color options could be attributed to the delay in the arrival of the FE variant. Of course, Samsung is also launching the Galaxy S22 lineup just a month after the Galaxy S21 FE. Leaks so far suggest that the Galaxy S21 FE will break cover on January 4, 2022, while it should reach shelves a week later. Early pricing leaks indicate that Samsung could sell the device starting at $699 in the U.S. As for the hardware specs, the Galaxy S21 FE sports a 6.4-inch fullHD+ AMOLED screen and a refresh rate of 120Hz. It will feature a triple-camera layout on the back, while the front will sport a punch-hole selfie camera. Android 12 should be running with Samsung’s proprietary One UI 4 skin. There will also be a 4,500mAh battery on the Galaxy S21 FE, aided by 25W fast wired charging and 15W wireless charging. It should support reverse wireless charging at up to 4.5W.
